These terms apply to this website (auliaflow.ai), operated by AuliaFlow.ai, Inc. (called “Aulia” or “we” in these terms). By using the website you agree to them.

1. The Aulia application

Use of the Aulia application (app.auliaflow.ai) is available only to practices that have a written agreement with us, and to the staff and families those practices invite. That agreement, including any Business Associate Agreement, governs the application. If it conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

2. Using this website

You may read and share this website for any lawful purpose. Please don't try to break into, overload or interfere with the website or the application, or use them to send anything harmful.

3. Our content

The Aulia name, logo and the content of this website belong to Aulia. You may not use them in a way that suggests we endorse you or your product without our written permission.

4. Not clinical or professional advice

This website describes software. Nothing on it is medical, clinical, legal or financial advice.

5. No warranty

This website is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise it will always be either.

6. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Aulia is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
